Patek Philippe was founded in 1845 by Antoni Patek and Adrien Philippe. Together these watch makers dug new ground with their, Split Second hand, Chronographs, and perpetual calendars. They made their first wrist watch in 1868 and have been going strong since. To they mainly produce luxury watches. They are truly top of the line, in the luxury watch world

My two favorite Patek Philippe Moon phases watches are the Patek Philippe Nautilus Moonphase and the Perpetual Calendar Moon phase watches. Nautilus Moon Phase Watch has an elegant and simple and easy to read. I really like the shape of the face and placement of the sub dails on the watch. The other watch is simply a classic. Patek Philippe has a great reputation for its elegant and stuning Perpetual Calendar Moonphase watches. Many come in Roman Numberals and great sub dials. This is the best luxury watch on the market in my humble opinion.

Prices

These watches cost anywhere from $20,000 to about $100,000, but you can not beat the quality and workmanship of a Patek Philippe. It been said that no one really owns one, you just borrow it for the next generation. That was a paraphrase from a Patek Philippe ad.
